6 MONTH PROGRAM
This is the most intensive, and by far most rewarding, of the programs offered. You may decide that this level of support and accountability is right to continue again and again. We invite you to sign up for as many of these programs in a row as you see fit. These bi-weekly sessions can help individuals learn how to cope with their moods, feelings, thoughts, and behaviors. Each sessions is designed to help resolve many of the conflicts and stresses that affect anyone.

Every other week for six months (12 visits), your Life Skill or Mental Health Coach will meet with you for an hour to work through your wellness habits, challenges, and goals. By tracking changes in behaviors, spiritual meditation, and lifestyle over the course of several months, your Coach will be best able to develop a custom, holistic approach to forming lasting habits and learning mechanisms for your life.

When you sign up for this program, you’ll get

-7 day a week contact with your coach so you can reach out with questions about challenges, triggers, and motivations or any other questions you might have between sessions.
-Ahead of the appointment, you’ll fill out a assessments form so that we can work with you to discover how you can make lasting change.

Monthly Group Session
The PITP Group Sessions has been shown to be the most effective treatment approach. For example, in struggles with relationships, stress, anxiety, and other emotional problems, group counseling and coaching can be more effective than individual counseling. Experiencing counseling in a group setting is helpful when trying to understand your own situation by giving you an opportunity to learn from others. It can also be therapeutic to understand there are others experiencing similar situations and that you are not alone.

  • Discuss issues with their peers, who may better understand student issues.

  • Learn from others who are going through a similar process as you.

  • Pick up new skills that they can use in their daily lives, including social and interpersonal skills, which will help create and sustain strong relationships.
